It was a great weekend to go free! Jonathan Sea Gull managed to draw blood while having his wing wraps removed. The blue wrapped fingers were an effort to avert more injuries. But he was so pleased to find himself at his home, Pike Lake in Warsaw, IN. He just stood there for a minute and took it all in. Then took flight and landed in the lake for a big drink. His friends watched the release and came over after a few minutes to join in a reunion party. I'm still a sap for happy endings.
